We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Proper application and care are crucial for maximizing the effectiveness of gel nail wraps:

  • Gel nail wraps are designed to adhere to and cover your natural nails, not to extend them like nail extensions. Applying the wraps beyond the nail's edge can prevent proper adhesion and may cause premature lifting.

  • To enhance adhesion, avoid exposing your nails to water for at least 3 hours after application. Additionally, minimizing contact with water in general is recommended, as moisture can compromise adhesion.

  • Activities such as frequent dishwashing can reduce the longevity of the nail wraps' adhesion. Take precautions to protect your nails during such activities.

Please take the above precautions into account before determining if the product is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you do receive a genuinely defective or damaged product, please contact us at admin@gelnailwraps.com with your order number along with photos and a description of the affected product and we will strive to resolve the issue swiftly with an exchange or refund.

Change of Mind 

We accept returns of unopened gel nail wraps for exchange or refunds. We can not accept returns of other items due to hygiene reasons, unless item is faulty.

Returns Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the product being delivered. If there is no record of the delivery date, the refund request must be submitted within 40 days of the sale sate.

Returns Postage and Postage Refund Policy

For defective product returns, gelnailwraps.com shall cover the cost of returns postage if applicable, and also the postage of any replacement products to be sent out. 

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please note:

  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If a replacement product is requested, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement.

Refunds for Change of Mind on Orders with Free Shipping

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you request a refund due to a change of mind:

  • If the refunded amount reduces the original order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost that would have been charged initially will be deducted from the refund.
